WHY Louisville was founded in 2005 in the heart of Louisville’s independent business district, Bardstown Road in the Highlands.
We specialize in locally designed shirts and accessories, art prints, books, cards, unique gifts and general curiosities.
We have two locations in The Highlands at 1583 Bardstown Road and in NuLu at 806 E Market St.
We print all of our t-shirts in-house and most of our designs are made by local artists and are exclusive to the store.
The Highlands store features guest artist window displays, The Beerwolf and a carnival cut-out sign which makes for great photo opportunities.
The NuLu store features The Electric NuLu Art Gallery hosting monthly shows opening the First Friday of every month.
The NuLu store also has Pony Rides, The Wonder Wheel with a winner every time, a fun house mirror from Fontaine Ferry and free popcorn!
